On 25 October 2019 the Pontifical Institute of Mediaeval Studies will mark the twentieth anniversary of the death of Father Leonard E. Boyle with a special day in celebration of his career organized by M. Michèle Mulchahey, the inaugural holder of the Leonard E. Boyle Chair in Manuscript Studies at the Institute. A panel of speakers whose work represents Father Boyle’s wide range of interests will reflect upon Father Boyle’s legacy as a scholar, mentor, friar, and an incomparable friend.

All sessions will be held in Madden Hall (in Carr Hall, 100 St Joseph Street), St Michael’s College, with a closing Reception in the Institute Library. A buffet lunch will be served—please let us know if you plan to attend the lunch so we will know how many people to expect.
